Service Engineer

About the role

The Service Engineer is responsible for carrying out service orders for equipment sold by KOSMED. Their tasks include communicating with the client to identify the issue requiring service intervention, correctly servicing the device and reinstalling it, and clarifying any client questions about how the equipment operates after service. A successfully completed service order is the measure of the Engineer's work.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out service orders for medical equipment sold by KOSMED (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI).
• Communicating with clients to identify issues requiring service intervention.
• Correctly servicing equipment and reinstalling it at the client's site.
• Clarifying any client questions about equipment operation after service.
• Field work across the whole country.

Requirements

• Higher technical education.
• Good command of English.
• Category B driving licence and driving experience.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, independence, and good work organization.
• Availability and willingness to travel frequently on business.
• Knowledge of the medical equipment market will be an additional asset.
