The MyLab™A70 system is a professional partner that provides reliable, easy-to-use tools and the highest imaging quality. Its advanced technologies make it possible to maximize performance and speed up the system's operation. The latest security technology supports the collection, management, and sharing of data.

The MyLab™A70 was designed to optimize examination time, making it a highly efficient platform. A Full HD monitor, an SSD drive, a latest-generation processor and graphics, and the Windows® system make the MyLab™A70 modern and technologically advanced.

Automatic image optimization in B-Mode and Doppler functions, real-time image optimization eScan in B-mode, easyMode, and easyColor are intelligent real-time algorithms that reduce examination time.

Advanced assessment tools: TEI, XView, TPView, MView, V-Pan, B-Mode/CFM/Doppler, XFlow and HPRF (for increased resolution and sensitivity), and real-time Triplex are just a few examples of the advanced Esaote technologies applied in the MyLab™A70 platform.

General characteristics

  • Increased efficiency thanks to automatic measurements based on artificial intelligence and Augmented Insight™ technology.
  • OPTI-LIGHT BARCO 24” panoramic monitor – displays of this type feature very wide horizontal and vertical viewing angles, have uniform backlighting and better fidelity of reproduced colors. They are a solution even for the most demanding users who use them for professional applications.
  • The MyLab™A70 platform uses MicroView technology, which increases sensitivity when imaging flow in small vessels and micro-flows.
  • EasyMode – technology that optimizes the ultrasound image through the simple operation of three sliders: Resolution – Penetration, Contrast – Soft, Smooth – Sharp, dynamically optimizing image parameters while simultaneously working with 45 parameters related to resolution and penetration.
  • EasyTrace – vascular optimization that automatically corrects the position and angle of the Color Doppler gate as well as the position of the sample gate relative to the direction of the vessel. It works in B+CD and B+CD+PD modes.
  • iMotion – technology that provides the best image quality at the highest frame display rate.
  • Battery (option) – the ability to equip the system with a built-in battery allows it to operate without connecting to the power grid. The optional battery guarantees a quick start of less than 15 seconds from stand-by mode, and its compactness and low power consumption mean that the MyLab™A70 can operate anywhere for up to 120 minutes.
  • Quick start function (Shut-down / Stand-by) – a quick transition from stand-by to operating mode, especially useful in the case of a break in use while transporting the system between locations. System startup in less than 60 seconds; stand-by mode allows a return to system operation in 15 seconds.
